my new blog is still under construction heheee... coz am waiting for my hubby to finish his drawing for new pearls blog.

actually, i've been thinking of using my own domain a couple of months ago but dunno how and where to register. and after my first paycheck from Nuffnang, i and a little advise from blogger friend, i decided to get the service from ServerFreak. my lucky i guess they are having a promotion at that time and i get 10% off buying their product.

as for my new 'house', i asked a quotation from Cindy to have my own personal template. but it have to wait till next year i guess.... i need to gather all the materials first to be put in my new 'house'. ~~ *** abg adie.... sdh scan tu drawing ka?? ^-^ ~~

"Basically, environmental stewardship means taking the responsibility of protecting our planet by managing and caring for the natural environment"

The details of the programme are as follows:

i've been crocheted this for my phone cover actually and stop for a while because i need to concentrate on hubby's scarf. but then i got idea to modified it into a face mask heheheeee....

am using buttons from button planet (i've been keeping the button for quite sometimes because am so sayanggggg the buttons. cute!!!) u should go to this site if u want to buy varieties cute colorful buttons. she sell imported buttons also!!

meme' and durian.... we kinda surprised when we found out that meme' actually loves durian!!! heheheee... he was so excited when we came home with durians. he was jumping here n there and even asking us (in his own way la ba ni kunu... heheheee) to open the durian for him. but after 2 ulas, terus dia flat LOL!!

anw, i was here last 2 weeks because hubby n WORM were invited by Jonathan Tse to perform acoustic version 3 of all WORM's songs. It was a great event! I kinda like the cafe because people who hang out there are not only teens but also families and veterans.... but the food and drinks are quite expensive though... RM5-6 for a glass of carbonated drinks!! We only had plain waters (and it's free LOL), we left the cafe with rumbling stomach, and headed to Lido for makan afterward.... ahaks!!!

the show (can i use that word.... because it's kinda Jonathan's own show) called "My Story... tales of local talent" and not only WORM, there are three other local artistes were there. The first one is Kevin Tan, whose performed with his unique bamboo flute...

Cherry L.... she's a singer and plays a few instruments. She's talented and sings ballads songs. She can sing in 6 different languages i.e Malay, Mandarin, English, Hakka, Cantonese, and Hokkien. She's actually a fulltime health inspector and perform at Halo Cafe as a part timer. All the best to you Cherry!!

Joanna Funk and her friends was the last artiste who performed that night. She's Sabahan though she's now living in Sabah for the first time. She plays melodica... (i played this isntrument when i was in standard six but we called it melodian at that time...) the sounds more like accordion. You can reach Joanna thru her blog by clicking this site!!

Joanna and 4AG band.... they are the first local Chinese metal band if am not mistaken. I kinda shocked to hear the vocalist's voice... it's.... mmm.... unique i guess... heheheee btw, if u want to see their performance you can just visit Joanna's blog.

this vid taken last sunday. i was surfing the net... visiting friend's blog, looking for communication notes, googleing journal for my thesis... facebooking... and reading kak red's site (must read at least twice a week...) ^-^v

if u are one of kak red readers, u surely noticed that she used to hv this green template for certain occasion (ala, lupa plak the occasion...). well, my meme' love hanging around beside me everytime am on my notebook. and kak red's sites hv this little purple bird and picture of kids playing at the playground. the cute thing is whenever and whichever you scroll ur mouse on the bird n the kids, the bird will chirping and the kids laughing.... and meme' is verrrryyyyy sensitive with bird's sound. i accidentally click the bird and when meme' heard the chirping sound, he was so anxious to find the bird's whereabout... heheheee.... he was so cute.... with that higher level of curiosity...

after class yesterday i rushed to hubby's office to pick up him coz w.o.r.m hv radio interview with sabah vfm (v is actually stands for variety - will explain to u why they call it variety...). i remembered my last visit to RTM building was 10 years ago!! am impressed with the studio now... true they spent a lot of money on renovating the place but i tell u it's worth it!! sure we can see where the money goes...

why v.... coz there's few other studios at the floor which is studio for malay, tagalog and english... there are a few others but i didn't get the chance touring on them.

after came back from melaka, i got a sms from my boss invited us for dinner at Gayang restaurant in tuaran. the dinner was for celebrating one of the final year student finished his intern. and since liyana's birthday was just passed, so we decided to celebrate it together.

lasagna.... my recipe...

i was thinking of posting this entry before another post on melaka trip...

i called this recipe, my lasagna.... i used 2 types of sauce, i.e cream sauce and tomato sauce. first of all, bahan or the ingredients for cream sauce are:

full cream or non-fat milk

marjerine / butter and cheese... u need cheddar cheese actually but since this is my recipe so i use cheese slices...

and 1 tablespoon of flour (mix it with water).

melt 1 tablespoon of marjerine in a pot and then mix with 1 glass of milk. dont forget to stir it and use a small fire because we dont want the sauce burned at the bottom... put in the cheese and a bit of salt. let it boiled and put it aside...

as for the tomato sauce, i used frankfurter and chicken burger... cut it into pieces.

parsley flakes, mixed herbs and flavored black pepper

and my fav tomato paste, prego pasta sauce.

preheat ur pan, poured 3 tablespoon of cooking oil and put garlic and onion. cooked till it turn to yellowish then add the prego sauce, chicken n frankfurter + parsley + mixed herbs + black pepper. add a bit of salt.

walla!! its ready...

boiled the lasagna slices...

before adding the lasagna slices and the sauces, buttered the pan so it wont stick. put the first slice then the cream sauce, followed by another slice then the tomato sauce... do the process again and as for the last slice, pour the cream sauce on top of it and make sure it covered all...

baked it for 10 - 15 minutes...

and here you go... nyummm.... heheheee

yuhuuu peeps!!! am in a sad mood now.... i supposed to post an entry on melaka trip but had to postponed because of meme'... he was a new member in our small family (me, hubby and little 'cherrie'). we adopted him from hubby's office last wednesday. he was so manja!!! very energetic. we guessed he was a year older. just look at him... isn't him adorableeeee.....

by surveying his attitude, it showed that he used to be owned by someone but the owner left him near hubby's office. or maybe he take a walked and forgot the way home.

he was so attached to hubby and after a short discussion we decided to adopt him. he's a bit scared at first but once he entered our house, he was calmed and started to investigated his new surroundings.... and he liked it!

this is his first meal... and he doesn't like it at all... it was corn beef n rice... pelik (it's weird), normally strays cat or dog will eat whatever he'd been offered but not meme'. lucky we bought him cat's food and he was running to me the time i showed him his food!

look at him eating with passion... though it doesn't show clearly on the pic but if you were there, you'll know...

heheheee... he was meowing around the house and i guessed he need to do his business... he was sitting in front of front door and hoping we open the door. but then hubby took him to the toilet and guess what, he quickly went inside and do his business!! heheheee he's so cute oohhh!!!

after he finished, hubby bathed him and let him dried himself...

meme' temporary sleeping basket. we were thinking of buying him a new one...

and surely he loves music!!! see... he was sitting on jay's guitar casing and trying to concentrate on hubby and jay playing guitar...

but..... he was gone!!! missing!!! we lost him!!! we dunno where he went. we arrived home this afternoon and not found him anywhere in the house!! am sad... very sad.... we were hoping he'll be back soon!! meme'.... anyone, if you happened to see meme' (especially those who live around UA), please inform me ya! miss him already...

i was supposed to post this photos last night but was sooo sleepy so i decided to keep it as draft and post it in the morning. as u all aware... (hhhmmm some of you might... heheheee...), i was in Melaka last week for "Hari Peladang Penternak & Nelayan Kebangsaan", from 9 - 14 August 2009. me and the other two friends, liyana n bernard, departed at 7.25am flight (Air Asia) to KL n to Melaka Sentral by 11am bus. We arrived at Melaka Water City Resort (the apartment that we rented) around noon and after a short nap we went to Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC) for a peek on Sabah's pavilion.

SUGAR CRISIS

people was talking about lack of sugar supplies in malaysia nowadays. and sabah or specifically KK oso having a same problem. yesterday me n hubby went to inanam looking for sugar. the other day, hubby's colleague told us that we can get sugar supply from inanam. knowing that most retail shops and supermarket limited each family can only buy 2 kilos at one time, so me n hubby went there and we were pretending as we don't know each other and entered the shop separately. i bought 2 kilos and hubby went out with 3 kilos. then we headed back home, without knowing that we can actually buy more than that... heheheee...

we planned to go there again and this time we want to get more supplies for my in-laws. yesterday, when we arrived, there were so many people buying sugar!! laaa... mesti habis sdh looo... hubby rushed in and i stayed in the car. but to my (hubby too actually) surprised, we can actually buy more sugar and there's no limit....

just watched 'celine dion live in vegas' concert while having my lunch... hhhmmm... am amazed, am overwhelmed, am thrilled, and i cried in the end... fantastic!!! its breath taking... 'i surrender' is one of my favourite...

hubby downloaded the concert for as a surprise, actually. i've been looking for the cd/dvd here around kk, but could not found one. then last night hubby play it on our notebook while i was just finished my solat... i know he's been up to something because he keep saying that he hv a surprise for me. i hv a feeling it was something to do with celine... hehehee... and he denied it... but hey... it is celine... heheheee.... thanks so much hubby, luv u!! am surprised. am not expected it would be really a celine's vegas concert.

it was her first concert after a year giving birth to rene charles. she was somewhere watching visual theatre performance if am not mistaken and decided to make a visualize dramatic concert in vegas as a comeback.

am definitely going to watch it again... heheheee....

as i promised you guys, this is my first update on the teaser i blogged about last week. we left home at about 7am heading to hubby's friends house, picked them up and straight to Tg. Aru Plaza to get all the technical things to bring along to the site.

after breakfast at kingfisher, we make a move to DBP... the site is just across DBP building.

unloading all equipment to be placed on the site... wah, samak jua??!!

the cameraman.... i've been told that he used to work with KRU company, while shooting "the Cicakman the movie". he's the assistant cameraman. can't really remember his name.... hhhmmmm...

the director.... can't get his name oso... heheheee... mcm a few sj i remember thier names (besides W.O.R.M) yg dua2 ni, the director and the cameraman, tia dpt copy paste... ahaks!!

heheheee... yup annieming... betul laitu, i make up org bah tuh... heheheee... but not that complicated la since they are guys... besides am not that kinda person who likes wearing make up, and am not that expert on 'coloring' faces... ^0~ but since hubby ask for help so i just do la!

actually last sunday, we went for W.O.R.M, 2.00 am, video shooting! the first location is near DBP and later that night we were at sembulan tunnel. according to the director, they are suppose to shoot at roof top of imperial hotel, warisan at 4pm then the tunnel. unfortunately, because of heavy rain and strong wind, they decided to canceled it and do a few shots at the tunnel instead. mcm havoc jgk la... penat plak jd artis ni kan.

waaaa... it seems so long since my last visit... for warm up, i posted this entry... remember i told u about cherry tomatoes that i 'tapau-ed' from le meridien. i intend to grow it actually and here come our babies!!!! cuteeeee..... me n hubby was so thrilled. never expected it would be grow that fast, less than a week. hubby done a little research on it and it says that we can only see the result with in a week. but we managed to grow less than a week... bravo to us!!

lets cooking everyone!!! i want to share one of our favorite dish... tawaurian especially bugis called this berrobo' (am i get the right spelling there... well, tawaurian, correct me if am wrong ya).

anw, before i proceed, these are the main ingredients...

1. spices, i.e soup powder (u can either use 'sup bunjut'), 3" of cinamon (need two of it), 1 teaspoon of cloves, 'bunga lawang' (i dunno what was it in english), a teaspoon of coriander (ketumbar), a few nutmegs (crushed)

2. shrimp... cleaned. normally people throw away the head, but if u clean the head and mixed it with the soup, it would be more tastier...

3. a cup of rice... cleaned and toss it.

4. hhhmmm.... what is this in english... we call this as 'chemangi' leaves... smells good and always use in soups especially vege soups... (ala, org tawau... tlg dulu translate ni... apa aa nm lain dia...??)

5. corn...

the instruction...
1. pre heat the cooking pot, and put inside 3 tablespoon of cooking oil. after heated, cook all the spices until it turn yellowish...

2. add some water...

3. stir it frequently...

4. then add three or four glasses of water, then also rice, along with corn and the shrimp... bring it to boil with small flame. if you like it more soupy, u can add more water.

5. add some salt... about 1 and half tablespoon of it.

6. let it boil for a while, lastly put in the 'chemangi' leaves... then it's ready!!

7. walla!!! add some lime juice with soy sauce and chillies for great taste!!

we were standing far behind the crowd waiting for hubby's friend. and this is all i got due to my 'not enough height' heheheeee... had to zoom to get this view and yet still not clear. hhmmm...

besides that, there are some booths for visiting. some are from radio station, local record company and BSN itself.

(it's dark... malam bah ni...) and down there with all the lights... it's filipinos market... just right in front of the le meridien. got lots of cheap stuff... at day, souvenir - pearls, bracelets and such... at night, wet market with lots and lots vege and fishes, and other fresh seafood with lower price!! it's worth it to shop there... ^-^

digi broadband

salams and halluuuuu everyone... got more photos coming up for seaweed forum's entry. but before that, had to post digi broadband first for the sake of a friend. nadia was asking me to blog about it since she was thinking to get one. well, i've been using digi broadband for more than a month now and so far got no problem.

more over, to our surprise, we can use our digi at my in-laws!!! wah, this is a good news. as far as we concern, digi is still expanding its 3g and should be ready by august. and for the time being, it only covers KK area till 1B and Kolombong. my in-laws is at sabindo, Kinarut... so, by right, there is no chance we could surf the net using our digi while we were there. but to our surprise, we were totally wrong!! we can actually....

fyi, every saturday nights, we normally spend our day at my in-laws so no blogging because there's no internet connection except for celcome broadband. but then last weekend, hubby was testing out our digi and walla...... boleh la!!!! full bar lagi tuh, and its using GPRS digi to connect to the internet. hubby told me the news the next morning since am off to bed during the 'testing process'... heheheee...

and from next saturday night onwards, i can blog from my in-laws.... coollll!!!! ^0~

as a first entry of the forum, i present you the food... ahaks...

food is always been an issue during forum, seminar or workshop, if its involving participants from various countries. some of the participants are vegetarian, some of them are not into meat so much and they cannot consume spicy food and etc... etc... etc... so, as a host, we need to make sure all those small things have been taking care of. and meridien is one of the hotel that been criticize when it comes to food. i remember a few years back, we held an international workshop there, the food was eeuuuwwww.... not good.

but, to our surprise, food during the welcoming dinner was great!! with varieties of choices. they hv western and malays food. since meridien is a five star hotel, so whatever your wish is their command!! heheheeee... but they served great service. good job!!! many thanks to shona and dayang and the rest of the team for your great help!! ^0^

the appetizer...

rojak sotong kangkung... seen this menu served as a main course at the restaurant near Putatan area, but never try it. and here they serve it as appetizer... nyummmm... its a bit hot but delicious.

here it is... rojak sotong kangkung in small portion... you need to take a few if you love it, but i only took 1 plate only... got my eyes on something else.... heheheeee

chocolate pudding... hhhmmm... but when we ate it, its actually taste a lot like a moist cake... hubby's fav.

Dr. Janie is actually my supervisor whose coach me on my tutor thingy. btw, she called to inform that she decided to extend my contract as her tutor. but this semester i will tutoring business comm... new to me but... hey, its worth trying. give a chance to gain my own knowledge. there you go, i said it... so, that's the good news from me... praise to Allah, rezeki kan!! ^0^

i was supposed to blog about it last week but am so caught up with the seaweed forum thingy. and am downloading photos for the forum's entry. so sit tight and hold on to your pc / notebook / laptop... got more coming up next!!!

my saturday...

hhhmmmm... its 10 minutes to 1am and my eyes still fresh. so, am decided to update my blog while watching 'tribute to michael jackson' on channel 8. hhhhmmmm... well, where to start.... ooopppsss the title was 'my saturday', so the entry should be things i did on last saturday...

a night before.... on friday night we spent a night at my in-laws and the next morning, i sent hubby to his office and then back to UA. got a lot laundries to do. while waiting for the machine to stop, i made a couple of little crystal slipper. was going to give it to sof and sal. lucky me i can finished it within 30 minutes. then took a shower, dress-up and went to a clinic at kingfisher for my medical check-up. after 30 minutes, am done and the doctor said am perfectly fine. am glad i still hv my clear and fresh lung to survive with... heheheee...

am started not feeling so good that day actually. my throat started to sore and feel a bit dizzy and my temperature was rising. smsed sof to make an appointment to meet up and went off to hubby's office... lepak d ofis hubby sambil tingu bleach... heheheee

1pm.... we went back to my in-laws because we hv makan2 due to father's day... fffuuuhhhh... though my temperature's rising and sore throat, still got my big appetite for a bowl of soto and a plate of rojak. o ya, and one and half slices of cheese cake!! hahahaaaa...

5pm... went to sabah trade center, we are going to meet sof there. sof was participating in an exhibition there... "satu daerah, satu industri" (one district, one industry)... it was ok, will post the photos on that later on... then later that evening we went to sof's house. miss her parents so much. it's been a while since the last time we saw them. we were supposed to go to bandung with sof's parents but something came up, we went back to tawau instead. but we promised them to go next year heheheeee...

30 minutes to 10pm.... went to my in-laws and spent another night there...

and that was my saturday... o ya, i forgot to wish all of you out there especially fathers... happy belated father's day, may you all got all the love because you deserve it!! ^0^ i lost my voice that sunday but i managed to sent a sms to my dad to wish him... ^-^

God, i've been keeping photos... again... hhhmmmm my bad.... anw, all the photos below are taken during our visit to 1B with maya and shafik. we promised shafik actually that we are going to take him to 1B for the sake of his birthday. so, no present. since maya was at my in-laws, we tagged her along. it was fun!! we spend almost two hours at the amusement center or park... oh well, i dunno the name, i dont even remember it!! sure it feels great though!! especially the kids, they had so much fun!! ^0^

heard the news??? king of pop, micheal jackson passed away this morning... hhhmmm... am not a big fan of him actually but love some of his songs especially 'beat it' and recently 'billy jean' but the one that david cook sings... heheheee... hope he find himself in heaven... may god be with him.... and tribute to jacko, i present you 'billy jean' by david cook... enjoy!!

hey you.... miss me???!!! hhhmmm... been neglecting my blogs since last week... my heart was telling me to stop blogging... dunno why... maybe because am not feeling well. i got fever, then flu... and now am still having sore throat. i lost my voice because of the flu, and after a few days i regain my soft, sexy voice again hahahahaaaa... ya la 2... hihihiiii...

went to permai clinic at kingfisher last saturday to hv my medical check up for my master and the doctor said am perfectly fine though she realize something was wrong with my voice. am afraid to ask the doctor to do further check-up because am sure she will suggested me to stay at home, afraid i was diagnosed from swine flu... eeeeee... tidak!!!!

anw, am ok now and will actively blogging again, yeayyyy!!!! GOD.... so many things to tell you guys, am so excited especially about the phone call i received from dr. Janie this morning!! alhamdulillah, rezeki...... ^0^

yesterday night hubby went out and came back with them.... eeeeeeee.... bikin geram!!! lucky we got some leftover and gave it to them... they were sooooo happy and running to me for the food uhuuuu... sooooo cute, makes me want to bite them!! ^-^

remember i told that we were moving out from our house in ketiau to UA???!!! well, fyi, we are here, at UA!!! it's been a week now. yup me n hubby decided to moved to UA (my BIL's new apartment). officially we stayed here and our apartment in ketiau are now open for rent (for the time being...)

btw, am not going to tell more on that... since we are new here, we dunno whose our neighbour is, but one thing for sure they are master skill's students. and my friend, annita, is staying at next block to ours.

o ya, we hv a guest!!! uninvited and unexpected guest... and guess who is our guest is???? heheheeee... tadaaaaa.....

we've not seen him for few days now... i wonder where he is??? i remember the last time he came, it was three/four days ago, around 2 or 3am... and i was awake and heard him calling from outside. i was so sleepy i could not get up to open the door. that was the last time i heard his voice... hhhmmm... maybe his owner doesn't want him to come here again... uhuuuuu miss him oready... :(

peeps!! heeee... remember i told u about my crystal course at epal center last year. well, the lady whose in charge of the course keep smsing me about the class. i was suppose to start beading and crystaling (eeehhhh???) on january but could not find a time to go there. so, last sunday i SPARE one hour of our time (sundays always been me n hubby's time) and went there. wah, bestnya!!!! i just can't stop smiling heheheee to see the result... i made little pink crystal slipper. isnt it cuteee..... ooo it so adorable.

hhhmmm i was thinking, actually hubby was thinking, better if i start my beading business... i make few little slippers and sell it to others, perhaps my readers... yup youuuuuu... wanna buy one???!!!

fyi, am using swarozki crystal for my project (actually for the whole project) and it cost a lot actually. so, since i can get a cheaper beads from the local store, i can make a cheaper slipper then... hhhmmm... so, anyone interested. just buzz (leave a comment) me okie... but i only accept serious buyer. i already started collecting beads and for the time being you can just look at the photos bellow. i will update my collections once i finish it!! ^0^

OMG... 2nd book of Stephanie Meyer, new moon, is coming to our cinema!!!! though, i did not know when the actual date is... next year maybe or end of the year?? just pray for it to be in our cinema this year!! ooo please, please, pleaseeeeeee......

hhmmm why i suddenly talking about this movie??? well, i was asleep last night and hubby was surfing the net. suddenly i woke up and hubby was about to turn off the laptop, and he said something about twilight 2nd book, new moon. and i was aaaa....

and today, i arrived at the office around 7.10am and turn on my laptop while trying to remember what was hubby said last night. checked on the history tab on my laptop and POOP!!! the new moon trailer is on the you tube!!! waaaaaaa..... syioknyaaaaaa!!!! no wonder hubby was smiling at me when i woke up. i guess hubby forgot to tell me this morning.

hhhmmm seems like they change the actor for Jacob's character... hate the previous one, heard he'd been criticized and the production decided to give the character to the 'supernatural' actor, if am not mistaken... taylor???? uhhff forgot his name... hehehee...

btw, on this 2nd saga Edward was leaving Bella for the sake of her safety. and this is where Jacob begin to be Bella savior. i wonder how the director bring the Volturi's place to live... can't wait for Bella adventure to Volturis... heard the new director is the man who loves to use CGIs on his movie. this is a MUST WATCH movie!!! cannot wait any longer... please, please, please..... let it be this year!!!
