salams...

Received a call from my brother and my mom just now...they were telling me that our 'grandmother' had passed away this morning... :phonecry: Innalillahiwainnailaihirojiun..... may Allah rest her soul with those who having faith in God...amin....

My mom called me yesterday that she was admitted to the hospital the night before because of strok... Hhhmmm... am missing her already... I didn't get a chance to see her last raya because am so busy with other thing. Am always tought that I will have a chance to see her next time...but now, there will be no more next time.... am feel so guilty...

She's actually not my real 'grandmother'... she was a very good neighbour... she was always there for our family, in good times and bad times... She was there beside me when my hubby performed the 'akad nikah' ~~ my mom was so nervous to sit beside me, but my dad was with me ~~... she was holding my hand and taught me a lot about marriage... She was more a grandmother to me than my own grandmother..... she was also my mom's best friend...

Yesterday after performed my zohor, I was saying my prayer to Allah... I asked Him to forgive her, and I was reading the Al-Fatihah and Ayatul Kursi for her so that she can go in peace...and so as my mom told me just now that she was sleeping so peacefully. After a few minutes, then they realized that she was already gone....... forever to see her true 'love'.... I will never forget everything that she taught me, things that she said to me....things that she done... for our family...etc...etc... THANK YOU soooo much for being a good person to our family.... you will always be remembered as our 'grandmother' that we always want.... Al-Fatihah.....

i am garlic....

here's another test.... what spice are you....

Your result for What Spice Are You Test...

You are Garlic!

0% Habanero, 20% Sage, 20% Thyme, 20% Ginger, 30% Garlic, 0% Curry, 0% Cinnamon and 10% Oregano!

You can be both mellow and sweet.

You are very loved and tend to get along well with people. People remember you! You love to help people and want to feel useful.

You may sometimes have a tendancy to talk a bit too much, but you also don't mind listening to other people either. You hate it when you become engrossed in your own problems, and you can often feel guilty.

You don't have a desire to lead, normally, and you don't mind taking directions and lending a hand. You have a generous spirit and a kind heart.

You are more than likely very attractive, but you would never stop to admit it. You do notice the positive qualities in other people, though.

hhhmmmm...kinda true... so, what about you?? want to know what spice are you, click on the link below... (^0^)v

salams....

while having my lunch...i was doing this test...heheeee... and the result is....

Your result for The Which Historical Queen Are You Test...

Queen Victoria

You scored 52% on ruling power!

You are: Victoria, Queen of England, 1819-1901.
Queen Victoria's reign was the longest in English history. Called the Victorian age, it was a time when Britain was at the height of its colonial power. Victoria became a symbol of British expansionist foreign policy. She insisted on taking an active part in the decisions of the government, and forcefully backed those ministers she liked. She herself was most proud of her role as wife and mother - she had nine children. After the death of her beloved husband Prince Albert, she went into a period of deep depression, dropping out of public view for three years. Her popularity increased in her late years, particularly during time of national celebrations, like the Jubilees of 1887 and 1897.

salam...

Hello there!! I promise you to blog on beads festival last saturday kan... Well, it was fun, i learn many new things...thanks to sewcute for inviting me... ^-^ Epal's actually is having it's beads roadshow, and Ms. Cheng (from KL headquarters) came and give us a talk on women accessories - crystals n beads. She's also teaches us how to make our own jewelries from beads and crystals.

Did you know that swarovski crystal is actually from Austria. And Austria is the one and only swarovski manufacturer in the world!! What an info!! Now i know... FYI your crystal color is depends on what month are you born in... Since I born in February, so mine is amethyst (purple-ish). There are two types of jewelries, i.e fine jewelry (made by machine) and handmade jewelry. There are a few techniques of making jewelries, i.e wire crochet, stringing, weaving, pearl professional stringing, hotfix (jewel that fix on dress), glueing (glued crystal on accessories), artclay and DIY. Click here for more info on swarovski elements....

The best part is, on that day Epal is giving out promotion for those who want to register for the DIY course at only RM388 for a year classes. And we also have the opportunity to learn a different techniques of making a jewelry including flat weaving, 3D weaving, free hand wire work and pin work. For early registration, we get a set of swasrovski crystals collections in 63 different colors, effects and wide range of sizes!! I treasured the collection already!!

Btw, here are some photos taken during the festival....
