semporna trip ~~ 2nd day - ii

masih lagi cerita pasal trip to semporna... tp ada selit2 sikit pasal benda lain... heheheee...

remember i promise you to post an entry about my mom's hobby..???!! well, on 2nd day at semporna, me n my boss have to go to Tawau airport to pick up people from KK and sarawak. the guests will only arrived at 5pm so i had a chance to go home to my parents. my boss sent me home while he went back to his parents house.... ya, he's a tawarian oso... ^-^ anw, when i got home, my mom was not in... luckily my dad was there.... buzy with his old merc... nothing much to do... mom was out... so i just lay down on a sofa and take my 15 mins nap!! up and rised, quaters to 4pm... went to the kitchen, grab some meal since i don't hv my lunch... then my boss called saying that he's on a way to my house.

salam my dad and off we go... poor me, don't hv a chance to see my mom... but called her from the airport and promised her, we'll go home this coming may.

her singer sewing machine... fyi, my mom bought this long before she married to my dad. my older brother is 37yrs old now... sooo....hhhmmmm... means this machine is almost 40 yrs old!! waaaa......

my birthday was....

yesterday was my birthday.... am turning 31 this year... yup, 31!! i was planning to have a simple dinner with hubby at home. am going to ask him to cook fried mee for me... (hubby cook the best fried mee ever!!) it's been so long since the last time hubby cook fried mee, and it's my birthday so why not asking him to cook... and we are suppose to have that while watching american idol together. unfortunately, it turns out not so well last night!! hhhmmmm.... sad.... :((( and this morning, i woke up early as usual and cooked fried mee for us to 'tapau'... (takut kempunan bah...)

it's not the end of my story yet, there's more... fyi, am craving for my mom's fried fish since monday. so, i was planning to call my mom yesterday, asking her to cook the fish for me and send it to KK by bus. i was about to asked her to baked a cake also... but stupid me, i left my phone at home, i tried to call from the office but UMS line broke down!! and the worst part is i don't seem to remember my mom's number!! i called hubby at his office (i have to googled for my hubby's offices phone number) and asking how he felt because he had a fever the night before. i was about to asked him to call my mom but then i remembered he also left his phone at home!! uuuuwaaaa.... (can you feel my disappointment!!)


when we get home that evening, i looked for my phone and found it hiding under the blanket in our room. i got 20 miss called, 8 from my mom, 2 from my brother and 10 from my boss!! and a few smses... then i called my mom explaining everything. and she told me that my brother is going to KK today and he'll bring me some of my fav foods but no fried fish and cake. o well, it doesn't matter as long as there's something from her. my mom is kinda person whose not wishes her kids a happy birthday, but she has her own way of expressing it. and cooking our fav meal is one of them, sometimes she bought us something.

to tell you the truth, am not a kind of person who wants to blew up a candles every year on my birthday. i used to love telling people i know, especially my friends, that it's my birthday and a simple wishes from them is good enough. and usually my best friends will bought me a present and i will not forget to buy me a present for myself... ^-^

well, that's my story.... my worst birthday ever.... nothing special for my birhtday except for the present that i get from hubby... thanks abg adie, luv u soooo much and am sorry!! you've been so patient... luv u more, mmmuuuahhh...

today am a bit blur, am totally blank. if u ask me anything, the only answer you'll get from me is "i don't know" and i had a feeling that all my plans for today will be ruin oso...

i wonder what kind of birthday i'll have next year....????????

a bed sheet n napkin...

i was changing our bed sheet last night. i used the one that my mom sewn for me years ago. while am busy changing the sheet, i remembered once i promise you guys to post more on my mom's sewing project. so i quickly took my sony cam and started taking photos of my bed sheet. the set come in one bed sheet, four pillow cases and one bolster with white and yellow flower on it. it's beautiful!! ^0^ luv u mom n thanks so much!!!

this napkin (i don't know what to call this... hanging napkin...??!!) was made by my mom oso. she make lots of this and it's hanging on almost every wall in her kitchen... i asked my mom to sell it but she said it is only for her uses and not for sale... hhhmmmm... maybe i should learn from her and starts making my own and sell it!! chehhhh... (^0~)v

remember am blogged about our new car....well, i promise you to post pictures of my 2 yellow cushions (gift from my mom) and our konoha village sticker. these are the pictures... (i should give credits to my hubby...he's the one who took all the pictures for my blog....will introduce my hubby to you all ya...)

these two cushions was made by my mom....you should see the yellow bed sheet that she sewed for me...i wore that bed sheet during my wedding... she's very good in sewing, just ask what do you want (baju kurungs, kebayas, kurung kebayas, blouses, dresses, bed sheets, pillow cases, curtains, cushions, cushion cases, etc...etc...) she will sew it for you (using her old SINGER sewing machine) and you sure will adore her creative handmade!! i remember she used to make dresses for my dolls...and all my dolls have their own baju kurung. ooo...ooo...i even have my chilli pillow, which my nephew always used to play with it... hmmmm...i wonder where i put all my dolls, as i know my mom is using my chilli pillow now.... maybe i should blog about my mom and her creative hobby... ^-^

and.....this is the sticker i was telling you about....see my hubby's reflection on the mirror...he was just finished washing the car... oh did i mention to you that our myVi take his bath two or three times a week!!
