i was thinking of posting this entry before another post on melaka trip...
i called this recipe, my lasagna.... i used 2 types of sauce, i.e cream sauce and tomato sauce. first of all, bahan or the ingredients for cream sauce are:
full cream or non-fat milk
marjerine / butter and cheese... u need cheddar cheese actually but since this is my recipe so i use cheese slices...
and 1 tablespoon of flour (mix it with water).
melt 1 tablespoon of marjerine in a pot and then mix with 1 glass of milk. dont forget to stir it and use a small fire because we dont want the sauce burned at the bottom... put in the cheese and a bit of salt. let it boiled and put it aside...
as for the tomato sauce, i used frankfurter and chicken burger... cut it into pieces.
parsley flakes, mixed herbs and flavored black pepper
and my fav tomato paste, prego pasta sauce.
preheat ur pan, poured 3 tablespoon of cooking oil and put garlic and onion. cooked till it turn to yellowish then add the prego sauce, chicken n frankfurter + parsley + mixed herbs + black pepper. add a bit of salt.
walla!! its ready...
boiled the lasagna slices...
before adding the lasagna slices and the sauces, buttered the pan so it wont stick. put the first slice then the cream sauce, followed by another slice then the tomato sauce... do the process again and as for the last slice, pour the cream sauce on top of it and make sure it covered all...
baked it for 10 - 15 minutes...
and here you go... nyummm.... heheheee
